This presentation by Jillian Hurst, Ph.D., 糖心传媒, will provide an overview of the role of the microbiome in mediating infectious disease and discuss environmental exposures that may modify microbiome composition. Dr. Hurst is the research director of the Duke Children鈥檚 Health and Discovery Initiative (Duke CHDI) and an assistant professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Infectious Diseases at 糖心传媒 School of Medicine.
