Taylor works as the Senior Manager of Global Sustainability at Aptar, where she drives global strategy, reporting, and supplier engagement across the company鈥檚 sustainability priorities. She partners with leaders across regions and functions to translate strategy into measurable results and clear communication for stakeholders. Aptar serves a number of end markets including pharmaceutical, beauty, food, beverage, personal care and home care.
Taylor has been recognized as a GreenBiz Emerging Leader and 30 Under 30 honoree, an Sustainable Brands Emerging Leader and holds a Global Competent Boards certification in Sustainability and ESG. During her time at the Nicholas School, Taylor was a member of the inaugural cohort of Nicholas Scholars and helped to start the DICE (Diverse and Inclusive Community for the Environment) student group. In addition to her MEM, Taylor has a BA in Environmental Studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. You will sometimes see Taylor cheering for the Tar Heels, but she enjoyed her time in Durham so much that now calls it home. She is deeply involved in the Durham community and serves as a member of Durham's City-County Environmental Affairs Board.
